Ingredients

  • 2boiled egg
  • Masala
  • 1 tbsproasted khobra
  • 1 tbsproasted onion
  • 1 tbsproasted garlic
  • 1 tspcrushed ginger
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspbesan
  • 1 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tsphing
  • tbspOil1

Steps

  1. 1

    First finely puree all ingredients mention in masala. Add water or oil if required.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry puréed masala in it till it shows oil on top.

  3. 3

    Add 2 cup of hot water and salt and let it boil for 5-6 mins.

  4. 4

    Serve it with boiled egg and bhakri.
