Ingredients

2 cupsmix flour (here I took bajra,makai,juwar,gehu, soyabean,black chana)
1/2 cupbesan
2 TBSoil
1 TBSkasoori methi
1 tea spoongreen saunf
to tasteSalt
1 tea spoonchilli flakes
1 tea spoonchopped coriander
1 TBSspoon white sesame seeds
as neededButter or ghee to apply on roti
as neededWater to knead the dough

Steps

Take a big bowl. Mix all the flour. Add spices. Add oil. Knead the dough. It shud be lil tight.

Let it rest for 15 min.

Apply lil oil on your palm. Knead the dough for 2 min.

Heat the tava. Roll the missi Roti. Cook it on both the side.

Apply butter or ghee. Serve it hot.
