Beijinho - Brazilian Dessert Beijinho - Brazilian Dessert
I learned how to make this at a Brazilian's birthday party. They're usually small ping-pong-sized balls, but I made them a bit more compact this time. "Beijinho" is Portuguese for "kiss."The amount of simmering is the key point! It needs to be about the consistency of caramel.Be careful not to let it burn. Occasionally take it away from the heat to check on it as you simmer. Recipe by Ery cookpad.japan -
