Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  • 2 cupFlour
  • 8Chicken breasts
  • 1 stickof butter
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 3 tbspLemon pepper seasoning

Steps

    Preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, and lemon pepper.

  3. 3

    Rinse chicken and pat dry with a towel

  4. 4

    Coat chicken with flour mix and place on baking pan (I use a broiler ban when using skin on breast and a glass casserole when boneless/skinless)

  5. 5

    Slice butter into quarter inch slices. Place two slices on each piece of chicken

    Bake at 425 for 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Reduce heat to 350 and cook an additional 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F
