Kabocha Squash and Pork Roll Bento

I wanted to use delicious kabocha squash in a bento. I tried combining it with mountain wasabi.

Cut the kabocha squash into matchsticks that are as long as the width of the pork slices. Wrap in plastic film and microwave for about a minute.

Grate the mountain wasabi, and mix in a little soy sauce.

Season the pork with salt and pepper, and wrap it around the kabocha squash and the wasabi.

Heat oil in a pan and pan fry the rolls until browned on all sides.
