Set the oven 300°F or 149°C.

Brush the pan with oil and put some flour on the cookie sheet

Combine the oil, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder..mix well

Put the eggs on the cocoa mixture one at a time. Mix well then add the vanilla extract.

Sift the flour and baking powder then add it to the cocoa mixture.Let it stand for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Use a tablespoon to make a cookie out of your dough. Then roll it on the confectioner's sugar

Place it on the cookie sheet and bake it for about 7-8 minutes
