3 slicesBread -
3 tbspSuji / semolina -
3 tbspAll purpose flour / maida -
Mix veg (chopped french beans, diced capsicum,diced carrot,diced, onion.chopped green chilli)
1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves -
3 tbspCurd -
to tasteSalt -
2 tbspOil -
Water - as required

Cut the edges of the bread.

In a blender add bread slices and blend it.

Take a bowl mix all the above ingredients except oil.

Keep it for half an hour.

Heat one tbsp oil in a non stick pan and spread the batter.

Flip when done on one side.

Serve hot.
