Ingredients

  • 5 ggreen grams
  • Clean water
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 3 spoonfulsoil
  • 1 spoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the kunde by picking good leaves from the stems and clean

    Steam the leaves for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Slice the onions and place on a different pun with boiling oil on it, then chop the tomatoes and after 2 minutes add

  4. 4

    Lid for a minute and stir then add the vegetable

  5. 5

    Mix thoroughly and add some salt to teste

  6. 6

    Then serve with ugali
