  • Sorghum, millet, maize and cassava mixed flour

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a cup of water then boil

  2. 2

    When starts to rise add flour in portions as you stir until it's firm

  3. 3

    Leave on the fire to cook better before removing

  4. 4

    Remember this type of ugali needs enough heat to cook properly.
