1small onion diced small
1/3 cupcelery
2-7.5 ozjars artichokes quartered and drained
3/4 stickbutter
1 pintfresh oysters and liquid
1 tspsalt
1/4 cupdry white wine
1/4 cupcheese parmesan works well
1large clove of garlic
1 cupheavy cream
1 cupmilk
Thicken with corn starch

Add butter onions celery and garlic sauteed until onions are clear

Add artichoke and white wine when alcohol is cooked off add oysters
3

Add heavy cream and milk salt and tweak with cheese
