I wanted to buy peanut cookies, but it was raining freaking hard, hence resorted to home-baking. This is easy, flourless, low in sugar level cookies. If you have sweet tooth, you may consider level up your sugar to 7 tablespoons. The aroma of ground cinnamon can spice up your appetite as well. Don't forget to run after consuming it;) Although it's quite healthy, but still... You know :D

5 1/2 tbspSugar
1/2Egg
1 tspGround cinnamon (optional)

Mixed all the ingredients together.

Form it into small little cute shape that you prefer. Bake it at 180 C for about 10-15 minutes.

Done! Let it cool down on the rack. Enjoy!
