  • 1 packagesfrozen hashbrowns
  • 1 canCream of chicken soup
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 12 ozsour cream
  • 16 ozVelveeta, diced
  • 1 stickMelted Butter, divided
  • 2 1/2 cupcrushed cornflakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 375°.

  2. 2

    Combine soup, onion, sour cream, cheese.

  3. 3

    Add hashbrowns and 1/2 stick melted butter. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Spread mixture in casserole dish, top with crushed cornflakes.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with remaining butter.

  6. 6

    Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
