Ingredients

  1. 4 pieceschicken, washed
  2. 2onions, chopped
  3. 1 bunchcilantro and parsley
  4. Oil and olive oil
  5. Black pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  7. Ginger
  8. Salt
  9. piecesPickled lemon
  10. Potatoes for frying
  11. Green olives, pickled

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a tagine pot and place the onions, chicken pieces, cilantro and parsley bunch, spices, oil, a little olive oil, and pickled lemon pieces in it.

  2. 2

    Cook over very low heat or possibly on charcoal.

  3. 3

    Let it cook until fragrant, then add a little water and let it cook until done.

  4. 4

    When ready, add the fried potatoes and green olives.
