Take a tagine pot and place the onions, chicken pieces, cilantro and parsley bunch, spices, oil, a little olive oil, and pickled lemon pieces in it.

Cook over very low heat or possibly on charcoal.

Let it cook until fragrant, then add a little water and let it cook until done.

When ready, add the fried potatoes and green olives.
