Ingredients

  1. 1Pastry, enough for a double crust
  2. 3 cupFresh Corn
  3. 1 1/2 cupRaw Potatoes, peeled and diced
  4. 3Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
  5. 2 tbspFlour
  6. 1 cupMilk
  7. 6 sliceBacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°

  2. 2

    Line 9" pie pan with bottom crust

  3. 3

    Combine corn, potatoes, eggs and bacon. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with flour.

  4. 4

    Add enough milk to cover the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Cover with top pastry crust and pinch together to seal.

  6. 6

    Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve by the slice with butter on top.
