meaty queso dip

i usually use velveeta only for my queso but didnt have enough yesterday so i substituted with medium cheddar chz. everyone loved it. thought i made to much and ended up with nothing left!! pictures to come soon.

Ingredients

1 hour

6 ozvelveeta cheese
10 ozmedium cheddar cheese
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupsour cream/plain greek yogurt
3/4 lbhamburget meat
3/4 lbground breakfast sausage
1 tspminced onion
1 tspminced garlic
1salt/pepper to taste

turn crockpot on high heat. add soup and sour cream. heat about 10 mins.

dice or shred chz and add to mixture to melt. cover with lid and stir every 15 minutes or so.

meanwhile heat your pan to Med heat and brown Hamburger meat and sausage together. add minced garlic and onion

drain grease from meat

once cheese is melted add meat and stir together. add a little salt and pepper if you want. also if you want a thinner queso slowly add a little water while stirring.

optional** add 1/2 can Rotel if you like or 1/4 cup salsa of choice... or more

when done turn crock pot to keep warm and serve hot with tortilla chips
