Mochi Pizza Made in a Frying Pan

It's just leftovers (vegetable stir fry) and mochi cakes, but they became a delicious pizza for a feast.
☆As long as you don't forget to add ketchup and garlic powder to the stir-fried vegetables, and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper, you can make a delicious pizza.
☆I'm thinking to try with leftover stew and curry next time. Recipe by Soraheno omoi

Steps
- 1
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, arrange the mochi pieces which have been cut in half, and pan-fry them over medium heat.
- 2
Stick the mochi pieces together.
- 3
Form a round shape while pressing down hard with a spatula.
- 4
Turn off the heat when it becomes your desired size and thickness.
- 5
Put stir-fried vegetables seasoned with ketchup and garlic powder on top of the mochi crust. Top with melting type cheese. Cover with a lid, and pan-fry over low heat.
- 6
Once the cheese is melted, it's done.
- 7
It's crispy, fluffy, chewy and nutritious. I can't ask for more that that.
