I had some left over noodles one day, and threw this together so I didn't waste them. I just used stuff laying around the house. A little of this a little of that. Everything but the kitchen sink.

I had some left over noodles one day, and threw this together so I didn't waste them. I just used stuff laying around the house. A little of this a little of that. Everything but the kitchen sink.

Sautee onions and peppers with garlic till tender (use a dash of ovil oil). Takes maybe 7 minutes

Add roasted peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Add seasoning to taste. I LOVE seasonings. Dont be scared..throw in what ever you have that you like.

Bring to simmer.

Remove from heat, add noodles

Mix together and sample.

Add speghetti sauce, and extra seasonings to taste,

Bingo, kitchen sink goulash.
