  1. 1 cupFresh green gram/hara chana -
  2. 2 tablespoonBesan
  3. 2 tbspRice flour -
  4. 1/4 tspHot spices/garam masala powder -
  5. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder -
  6. 1/4 tspCoriander powder -
  7. 1/4 tspRoasted mango powder/amchur -
  8. 2 tbspFinely chopped onion -
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic paste -
  10. 1/4 tspCumin seeds -
  11. 1/4 tspChopped green chilly -
  12. to tasteSalt -
  13. 1 tbspCurd water -
  14. 1 tbspFinely chopped coriander leaves -
  15. Oil - for frying

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and coarsely grind the green gram.

    Add gram flour,rice flour,hot spices,black pepper powder,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,onion,cumin seeds,amchur,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.

    Sprinkle curd water and make a ball.

    Keep in the freeze for two to three hours.

    Heat enough oil in a pan.

    Deep fry in slow flame until golden and crispy.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with tea.
