Steps

Take pan. Add oil. Add cumin seeds. Cumin colour brown then add ginger garlic paste. Saute well. For one min.

Then add sliced onion. Saute for 2-3 min.

Add tomato slices. And saute it.. Then add lal Mirch, hldi, kitchen king, and saute.

Add malai.... And saute again 2-3 min. Then add some water. As required.

Add salt. Garammsala. Add dry fruit. Garnish with Ksuri maethi. Or coriander leaves.

This is ready to eat with prantha or chapatti.
