Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupsuji
  2. 4 cupwater
  3. 1small onion finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cupcarrot chopped and blanched
  5. 1/4 cupCauliflower Florets blanched
  6. 1/4 cupgreen peas blanched
  7. 3green chillies finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  10. 1 tspurad daal
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. 2whole red chillies
  13. 10-12curry leaves
  14. 3 tbspoil
  15. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the suji in a pan.

  2. 2

    Heat oil temper with mustard seeds, fennel seeds, urad daal, whole red chillies and curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add onions and green chillies. Cook for 2 min.

  4. 4

    Add green peas, carrot and Cauliflower Florets. Cook for few min.

  5. 5

    Now, add rawa,sugar and salt. Mix well. Pour 4 cup water and cover it. Cook it till suji is properly cook.

  6. 6

    Garnish with corriender and serve hot.
