Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter softened
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 3mashed bananas
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/4 cupcocoa
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 1 cupchopped walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and bananas. Add vanilla.

  2. 2

    In separate bowl combine dry Ingredients. Slowly add to banana mixture until well combined.

  3. 3

    Spray a bread loaf pan or a square glass dish with non stick spray. Pour in mixture. Bake at 350°F for 20/25 min.
