In a small sauce pan, whisk apple juice, soy sauce, and stir fry sauce together.

Over medium-low heat slowly bring to a boil.

While it is coming to a boil, add water to cornstarch in a small bowl. Stir together. Once apple juice mixture boils, add cornstarch mixture and stir until thick.
