Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

The first 8 ingredients are for the brownie layer. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Chop 20 reese's miniatures into fourths and set aside.

  2. 2

Put a stick and a half of butter and chopped dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in thirty second intervals, stopping to stir each time until melted.

  3. 3

Whisk sugar and brown sugar into the mixture. Then add the vanilla and eggs until fully incorporated. Stir the flour until fully incorporated. Fold in the chopped reeses and pour into your prepared pan.

  4. 4

To make the peanut butter cheesecake layer mix with hand mixer the cream cheese and softened butter. Mix in the egg, sugar, salt, and vanilla until incorporated. Then mix in the peanut butter for about two minutes

  5. 5

Pour the cheesecaked layer over brownie batter and spread until smooth and covering the pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. The top layer should be slightly golden and the center, set.

  6. 6

Let the brownies cool completely and then chill in the fridge for an hour. To make the top chocolate layer put the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for thirty second intervals, stirring each time until melted and smooth. Pour over the top and spread evenly. Sprinkle top with remaining chopped reese's miniatures. Pop back in the fridge just until chocolate layer sets. Then cut and enjoy! :)
