Ingredients

  1. 1 can28oz. Diced tomatoes. I used Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
  2. 1Olive oil (to taste)
  3. 1Balsamic vinegar (to taste)
  4. 3 tbspChopped Garlic
  5. 1 tbspOnion powder
  6. 1 loafFrench bread
  7. 1 can4.5oz. Chopped Black Olives
  8. 1 packagesShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  9. 1Italian Seasoning (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice bread and toast both sides.

  2. 2

    Pre heat oven to 350.

  3. 3

    Mix together, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic, onion powder, olives.

  4. 4

    Place toasted bread on a cookie sheet.

  5. 5

    Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toast and top with cheese.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle on seasoning and bake until cheese is melted.

  7. 7

    Serve warm. Enjoy!
