I found this recipe on Mrs. T's website, thought it was a great meatless supper idea for Lent! Tried to make it a little more wing sauce authentic with some butter!

I found this recipe on Mrs. T's website, thought it was a great meatless supper idea for Lent! Tried to make it a little more wing sauce authentic with some butter!

Preheat oven to 400° F. Or if you prefer, deep fry the pierogies in 350°F oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine melted butter, oil, hot sauce, and chili powder; and toss with the pierogies.

Coat a rimmed baking sheet with the non stick cooking spray and spread the coated pierogies evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake for 16-18 minutes or until pierogies are puffed and browned.

For best results turn over once, halfway through baking time.

Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots and celery.
