Ingredients

  1. 30 ozThawed shredded hash browns
  2. 16 ozGround sausage
  3. 8 ozDiced ham
  4. 8Eggs
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 8 ozShredded cheddar cheese
  7. 1 tbspGarlic salt
  8. 1 tbspSeason salt
  9. 1 tbspBlack pepper
  10. 1 smallOnion
  11. 1 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter, add chopped onions, cook till desired tenderness

  2. 2

    Add ground sausage, cook till done

  3. 3

    Mix in ham pieces

  4. 4

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese and pour into greased 10x13 pan

  5. 5

    Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Tips n tricks... 1) In this recipe I used unseasoned hash browns. If u use seasoned, u may want to adjust the seasonings in this recipe. 2) Shred your own cheese. Packaged shredded cheese has a powder added to it to keep the cheese from clumping up. It destroys the flavor! 3) Don't use cooking spray! It's for cooking not baking. Spray causes unbearable over-crispy edges that are tough to chew. I use butter and just spread it around with my fingers. Works great!!
