Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 packagesfrozen pierogies or mini pierogies
  • 1Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cuphot pepper sauce
  • 1blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1carrot and celery sticks
  • 1/2 tspchili powder, cajun seasoning, or creole seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400° F. Or if you prefer, deep fry the pierogies in 350°F oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Combine melted butter, oil, hot sauce, and chili powder; and toss with the pierogies.

  3. 3

    Coat a rimmed baking sheet with the non stick cooking spray and spread the coated pierogies evenly on the baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake for 16-18 minutes or until pierogies are puffed and browned.

  5. 5

    For best results turn over once, halfway through baking time.

  6. 6

    Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots and celery.
