Ingredients

20 servings
  • ribs
  • 20 lbribs, five slabs of ribs.
  • rub
  • 1 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupgranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbspturmeric
  • 2 tbsppaprika
  • 1/4 cuponion powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Start a fire in your grill, preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Mix the rub ingredients together. Put rub on the ribs.

    When the grill is ready put the ribs on the grill to cook.

    After 15 minutes on the grill remove to oven cook till done

  5. 5

    Let sit 10 minutes. Slice the ribs into individual servings.
