250 gGizzards
1big red pepper
1big yellow pepper
1big green pepper
1 teaspoonAromat
1 teaspoonRajah Mild
1/4 cupOlive oil
to serveChutney original

In a pot boil gizzards until they are soft.

Cut peppers into strips and add to your gizzards with 1/4 tablespoon of Olive oil then fry.

Add aromat and Rajah then switch off the stove.

Put in a bowl and leave to cool a bit.

Add chutney. Enjoy
