  1. 2salmon filets
  2. 1/2 cuporange juice
  3. 2 tsporange peel seasoning
  4. 2 tspground coriander seed
  5. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  6. 1/2 tspground celery seed
  7. 1salt
  8. 1EVOO; as needed

  1. 1

    Marinate salmon in orange juice for 24 hours.

  2. 2

    Pat dry. Drizzle just enough extra virgin olive oil to cover. Season

  3. 3

    Bake at 400° for approximately 15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°

  4. 4

    Garnish with orange zest

  5. 5

    Variations; Mustards, roasted red pepper puree, lemon, lime, grapefruit, parsley, tarragon, breadcrumbs, flavored oil, butter, bacon
