Paneer kofta curry

It was my first time away from home and was missing my parents anniversary. cooking gets me joy I decided to prepare a small feast for my roomies. in between the submissions and projects i managed to cook this PANEER KOFTA CURRY, alongwith some gajar halwa and gulab jamun.

Before making the stuffing with paneer, soak it in warm water for about 15 mins. crumble it. to get the paneer properly flavored cook it partially with the other ingredients and add about 2 tb spoons of milk to it. this keeps the paneer moist and tender!

Serve the kofta on the plate and add the curry over it. DO NOT BOIL WITH THE KOFTAS IN THE CURRY.
