Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1ready rolled puff pastry
  2. 1 largeonion
  3. 10cherry tomatoes
  4. 15green olives
  5. 20 gramssoft cheese
  6. 50 gramscheddar cheese
  7. 1tomato paste
  8. 1 pinchbasil
  9. 1 tbspplain flour
  10. 1salad to serve

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry onions, tomatoes and olives in some olive oil until golden

  2. 2

    Mix in the soft cheese to make creamy sauce

  3. 3

    Chop in the basil

  4. 4

    Thicken with the flour

  5. 5

    Unroll puff pastry and thinly spread with tomato paste

  6. 6

    Spoon on the sauce and spread leaving 3cm edge

  7. 7

    Sprinkle cheese on top

  8. 8

    Roll the pastry from one end to the other and glaze outside with milk

  9. 9

    Heat in preheated oven at 180degrees celcius for 25min or until golden

  10. 10

    Serve with side salad
