  1. 1 boxTricolor Rotini
  2. 1jar, ragu cheddar sauce
  3. 3 1/2 lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs
  4. 2 1/2 tspadobo
  5. 1 tbspgranulated garlic
  6. 2 dasholive oil
  7. 1 tbspsofrito
  8. 1 packagessazón
  9. 1 candel monte traditional sauce
  10. 1 1/2 cupricotta cheese
  11. 1 bunchchopped chives

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pasta according to the package in salted water. When the pasta is ready add the cheese sauce.

  2. 2

    Season the chicken using the adobo and granulated garlic. Heat oil in pan and add the sofrito and cook the chicken through.

  3. 3

    When the thighs are cooked add the sazón and the traditional sauce and let it simmer for about 6 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve pasta and top it off with chicken, ricotta cheese and garnish with the chopped chives.
