  2. 300 mlwhole egg mayonnaise (Thomy brand if available)
  3. 4 clovecrushed garlic
  4. 2 tbsplemon juice
  5. 1 tspsalt (or to taste)
  6. 2 tspfinely chopped mint (optional)
  7. 2 tspsmoked paprika (optional)

    Mix thickened cream, mayonnaise and lemon

    Add crushed garlic

  3. 3

    add mint and paprika if using.

    mix all ingredients and add salt to your liking.
