Ingredients

  1. 1 headGarlic with the top cut off to expose the garlic cloves.
  2. 1Good extra virgin olive oil to coat.
  3. 1 dashOf good coarse kosher salt.
  4. 1 dashOf fresh ground black pepper.

Cooking Instructions

    Cut off the top of your head of garlic exposing the cloves. Apply a good coat of extra virgin olive oil,letting some soak into the cloves. Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper on top. Place in tin foil.Cook on 425 for 30m. Take out and open the package and put back in till golden brown of your likeing. Enjoy on crusty bread or hummus and smashed potatoes!!! The possibilities are endless.
