Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut and wash your brocoli and cauliflower in bite sized pieces
- 2
Crack an egg into a bowl. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. You can also decide to add cheese powder.
- 3
Pour bread crumbs into a sandwich bag. I used panko for the light texture but any other works fine.
- 4
Pour brocoli and cauliflower into egg mixture. Stir until covered.
- 5
Preheat oven to 375°F
- 6
Transfer brocoli and cauliflower into sandwich bag. Shake until completely coated in breadcrumbs.
- 7
Grab a baking tray. Lightly coat with olive oil. Arrange veggies on tray.
- 8
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

How often are we looking for inspiration to prepare something delicious over the weekend? 💡 Maybe pizza, snacks, more elaborate dishes, or on the contrary, something easy and quick! I take advantage of the "Weekend Ideas" initiative to give you a very tasty idea to enjoy as a Saturday night appetizer or in any situation you want: cauliflower florets coated in a spiced batter and then baked... crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a delight! They can be enjoyed on their own, accompanied by a fresh yogurt sauce or why not, even mayonnaise! 😋 Daniela InnamoratiTranslated from Cookpad Italy -
