Ingredients

20 mins
6 servings
  • 1 cuppeanut butter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspquick oats
  • 1 tspvanilla (optional )

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until dough like.

  2. 2

    Form tablespoon sized balls

  3. 3

    Place on a slightly greased cookie sheet then flatten with a fork make a criss-cross pattern

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes enjoy 😆

  5. 5

    Should yield 10 to 12 cookies..

  6. 6

    FYI...let cookies cool completely before handling so they don't break apart. .
