Ingredients

  • 1 lbox tails
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 3 tbspAdobo
  • 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 tbspsofrito
  • 2 tbspchopped garlic
  • chopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    heat olive oil in skillet and brown all sides of the ox tails

  2. 2

    Add oxtails to boiling pot of water (don't cover) for 2 hours with a tablespoon of garlic

  3. 3

    Strain your ox tails

  4. 4

    Heat tomato sauce, adobo, garlic, sofrito in skillet then add the ox tails and toss them in the sauce

  5. 5

    Once on a plate top it off with fresh parsley

  6. 6
