Bok Choy Salad
A recipe my mom has made for years and is one of my favorites.
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Remove flavor packages from soup mixes for another use; crumble noodles.

Combine noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds.

Spread in shallow pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

Bring sugar, olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce to boil over medium heat. Let cool.

Place bok choy and green onions in large bowl.

Drizzle with vinegar and oil mixture.

Add Ramen noodles.

Mix and toss well.
