Ingredients

  1. 2 packagesRamen noodles soup mix
  2. 1/2 cupsunflower seeds
  3. 3 tbspslivered almonds
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1/4 cupolive oil
  6. 1/4 cupcider vinegar
  7. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1bok choy
  9. 6green onions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Remove flavor packages from soup mixes for another use; crumble noodles.

  3. 3

    Combine noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds.

  4. 4

    Spread in shallow pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

  5. 5

    Bring sugar, olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce to boil over medium heat. Let cool.

  6. 6

    Place bok choy and green onions in large bowl.

  7. 7

    Drizzle with vinegar and oil mixture.

  8. 8

    Add Ramen noodles.

  9. 9

    Mix and toss well.
