Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmelon(grounded)
  2. 1medium size stock fish
  3. 4fresh pepper(blended)
  4. 1 tablespooncray fish (blended)
  5. 3maggi cubes
  6. 1 cuppalm oil
  7. 1medium size onion bulb
  8. 1 bunchugu leaf(chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the stock fish and spice up,boil for 10 mins

  2. 2

    After boiling stock fish,add more water to it and add your cray fish,maggi cubes,fresh pepper,chopped onions, and salt to taste.boil for 5 mins

    Add to the boiling water the blended melon and allow to boil for about 7 mins,add your palm oil and stir

  4. 4

    Lastly add your chopped ugu leaf and stir to mix well.turn off the heat

  5. 5

    Your Egusi soup is ready.can be eaten with pounded yam,eba or semo
