100 gramsAll-purpose flour
1 tbspVegetable oil
1/4 tspSalt
1Egg

Mix flour , salt together and make a hole in the center

Add egg , vegetable oil in the hole and use the fork to mix everything together.

Knead the dough by your hands to be smooth together. Let it rest for half an hour.

Bring the dough in the pasta machine. Cut to be a spaghetti or fettuccini pasta.
5

Boil the pasta noodles in hot water for 2-5 minutes.
