Ingredients

4 servings

1juice of lemon
1/2 tspdijon mustard
1 tspmiso paste
1 tsptahini
7-10 capers
1 dashhoney
1 dashseseme oil
1egg yolk
1olive oil as needed (dressing should double in size/equal amounts olive oil to all other ingredients combined)
1/2 headkale
1/2 bagof spinach
1lettuce or mixed greens

Steps

Mix all ingredients except olive oil and greens into paste

Slowly pour olive oil while whisking dressing very fast in order to emulsify it

Wash greens , massage kale for a couple minutes abd mix well, add seeds as desired I used Seseme and sunflower
