  • Water
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Pluck the leaves from the stem.

  2. 2

    Wash with water as much as possible until clean.

  3. 3

    Once clean, put on a sufuria and boil with little water.

  4. 4

    Once tender, fry with oil and onions, and stir.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ugali
