Blend the ogbono.

Cook the meat with onion,maggi and salt.boil till is soft about 25mins.

Heat up pot and add palmoil,bleach the palmoil for 3minutes.

Add water to the ogbono and mix very well.make sure no lump is in it.

Pour inside the palmoil and fry.fry and be stirring at the same time.

Fry for 3mins and pour in the meat with stockfish.

Stir very well and pour in more water for the soup.

Now you cover to boil,boil for 7mins.stir very well for like 40seconds.

Add okpei and the uziza seed.cover and cook for another 5minutes.

Blend the crayfish,pepper and put inside.then maggi and salt.

Cover to boil for another 5minutes.

Wash and cut the vegetable.uncover and add to the soup.

Stir and bring it down immediately.
