Dice the ham, and boil water for the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti

Add 25 grams of unsalted butter in a saucepan at low temperature wait until it melts

Add the diced ham in the saucepan and leave until it is cooked

In another deep saucepan add 25 grams of unsalted butter

Add all the heavy cream at low temperature

Add a dash of ground nutmeg, salt and pepper at will

Mix in a cup of milk with the cornstarch stir well

Add the mix to the heavy cream and stir

Add the beef stock cube and disolve it with the heavy cream

Add ham, mushrooms mix everything together (instead of mushrooms you can add peas and also bacon bits)

Add the parmesan cheese slowly and stir everything until it boils

Mix the spaghetti with sauce and stir it well. Now you have a creamy caruso sauce
