  2. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1 cup1/2 water
  5. 1 cup1/2 milk
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 tsp1/4 salt

    Mix the flour and eggs. Gradually mix the milk, water, and melted butter.

    Oil your griddle (medium heat). Circular motions to spread the batter.

    Cook crepes for two minutes
