Ingredients

  1. 3banana (over ripe)
  2. 75 gramsbutter (melted)
  3. 1eggs
  4. 225 gramsbrown sugar
  5. 180 gramsself raising flour
  6. 1 tspmix spice
  7. 10dates (diced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160°C.

  2. 2

    Mash the bananas into the melted butter. Add the dates.

  3. 3

    Beat the egg, and add it and the sugar to the mix.

  4. 4

    Add flour and spices, mix thoroughly.

  5. 5

    Pour into a greased loaf tin, bake for 1 hour.
