  1. Meat
  2. 1/2 cupVegetable oil
  3. 1/3 cupSoy sauce
  4. 1/4 cupRed wine vinegar doing
  5. 2 tbspFresh lemon juice
  6. 1 1/2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  7. 1 tbspDijon mustard
  8. 2Cloves, garlic minced
  9. 1/2 tspGround black pepper
  10. 1 1/2 lbflank steak or preferred cut

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, mix ingredients. Marinade Steak for 6 or more hours. Minimum 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Oil the grill grate. Place steaks on the grill, and discard the marinade. Grill meat for 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
