  1. 1 tbspsoaked chia seed (w 3tbs of water)
  2. 3 tbspsunflower seeds
  3. 12dried dates
  4. 2a hand full of nuts you like
  5. 2 tbspflaxseed
  6. 3 tbspcoconuts oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped all ingredients

    Add coconuts oil

  3. 3

    Make balls and put shred coconuts outside

  4. 4

    Save in freezer or fridge for 2 hours.
