Ingredients

  • 1 lbground turkey
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 1can of chick peas half drained
  • 3 tbspgarham masala
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 5hand fulls fresh spinach
  • 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  • 3 tbspgreek yogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in large skillet

  2. 2

    Add onion and garlic cook until tender

  3. 3

    Add Graham marsala and cumin

  4. 4

    Add Turkey. Cook until almost brown

  5. 5

    Add chick peas. Cook about 7 min

  6. 6

    Add yogurt and cayenne pepper mix well

  7. 7

    Add spinach and cook until wilted

  8. 8

    Serve over rice and enjoy
